Do I have to pay upfront for my trip?
The short answer is "YES". Full payment of the quoted price shall be received prior to the trip. 25% of the quoted price is required to book the aircraft and confirm the trip.
How can I pay for my charter flight?
Payments can be executed by bank wire transfer or by American Express credit card.
Can I modify my itinerary?
Flexibility is one of the numerous advantages of chartering a private airplane. You can certainly modify your itinerary but please note that this is subject to various factors such as aircraft availability, crew duty time, possible crew change, permit and authorization of landing and of over flight etc. Lead time may vary. Talk to us!
What travel documents should I bring?
Well, it depends on the point of departure and the destination obviously. The minimum requested is an official photographic ID (e.g: driver license in the U.S. and identity card in Europe) but please do ask us to make sure of what you need and note this is your responsibility as passenger to have proper ID and official travel document such as passport, visa etc. at the time of your trip.
What about catering?
Air charter operators around the World are not working with the same standard. For instance American operators will usually not include the catering in the quoted price. In Europe, operators are normally quoting with a standard catering included. At TSH aero, we usually include a standard catering according the time of the day the flight takes place and aircraft type being used. Special requests such as but not limited to caviar, foie gras, special wines and spirits, VIP catering and special diets are invoiced additionally upon completion of the trip.
Will my personal information be kept confidential?
TSH aero is focused on security, privacy and confidentiality of its clients.
Is TSH aero chartering aircraft on a per seat basis?
The short answer is NO ~ We do not offer this type of service. Our clients are strictly chartering an entire aircraft from us no matter the category of aircraft.

The Short answer is "yes" although it usually requires the approval of the owner or operator of the aircraft. Pets are allowed to fly in the cabin, always on a lead and sometimes in a cage or crate depending the size of the animal and how well behave he/she is!
Proper documentation and medical certificates are required when crossing the border. Please contact our charter team for more information.
